How We Serve and Equip

We believe healthy churches are built through prayer, discipleship, Spirit-filled ministry, and practical leadership. Our heart is to help people encounter God, grow as disciples, find their place in the body, and serve together with clarity and love.

Prioritizing Prayer

We believe the church is called to be a house of prayer, not merely a place of programs. Our desire is to help cultivate a praying people who seek God personally, corporately, and consistently.

Making Disciples

We believe Jesus called us to make disciples, not just count decisions. Our heart is to preach and teach the Word clearly, create space for real growth, and build discipleship environments where truth becomes lived obedience.

Building Teams and Developing Leaders

Healthy ministry is not carried by one person. We value equipping volunteers, developing leaders, and building a culture where people are trained, supported, and released to serve with confidence.

Strengthening Churches and Ministries

We want to help churches become spiritually alive and practically healthy. That means loving people well, leading Spirit-filled ministry, and building healthy structures that can steward growth without losing the heart of the church.

Bryan and Phylissa bring different strengths to one shared calling. Together, we carry a heart to love people well, make disciples, strengthen churches and ministries, and help prepare a place for the presence of God. Our story includes years of ministry, marketplace experience, pastoral care, practical service, and a shared desire to shepherd a church family with humility and love.

Bryan Brings . . .

Licensed Assemblies of God minister with 30+ years of experience in volunteer, vocational, and bi-vocational ministry
A commitment to intercessory prayer, biblical preaching, and practical, interactive teaching
25+ years of marketplace experience in IT, training, leadership development, and team building
Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership
Hands-on experience in construction, maintenance, facilities oversight, and project management
Author of Building the Ark: Preparing to Contain, Sustain, and Attain Your Part of the Coming Harvest

Phylissa Brings . . .

30+ years in volunteer and bi-vocational ministry
A heart for prayer, encouragement, pastoral care, and serving others
A steady, compassionate ministry presence
Shared commitment to loving people, shepherding well, and strengthening ministry communities
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
10+ years in nursing, including 5+ years as a hospice nurse and nurse manager
Experience walking people and families through vulnerable seasons

*Both Bryan and Phylissa are currently pursuing Master’s Degrees in Ministry from Global Awakening Theological Seminary.
